Christina M. Passard

Christina has worked with thousands of clients over her 20 years of professional practice and takes great satisfaction in helping families deal with their estate and family planning.

Christina grew up in Alaska, graduating from Colony High School in 1998.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado, where she participated in collegiate softball for her four years at UNC.

From UNC she graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with her Juris Doctorate degree, as well as a Master’s of Laws in Taxation (L.L.M. (Tax).

After being admitted to the Alaska Bar in 2005 she immediately starting practicing in the estate planning area, with an emphasis on the wealth transfer taxes (estate and gift), retirement account taxation planning, and some income tax controversy work under the wing of long-time Alaska estate planning and tax attorney Robert Brink.

Christina has worked with thousands of clients over her 20 years of professional practice and takes great satisfaction in helping families deal with their estate and family planning.

Christina and her husband, Mark, have 5 children, Taylor, James, Tyson, Trigg, and Jordan. They are active in the community, volunteering and encouraging their children to be both academic and athletic, while also learning the life lessons of work ethic and community involvement.

When the Passard’s aren’t at work or in school, you will often see them at the hockey rink, softball and baseball fields, basketball courts, golf courses, soccer fields, and volleyball courts.
